Where do you ship?
United Kingdom only.
How long does delivery take?
- Handling: 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri)
- Transit: 7–9 business days (Mon–Fri)
- Delivery time: 8-12 days (Mon–Fri)
Do you charge VAT?
No. We’re not VAT-registered, so VAT is not charged on UK orders. Your checkout total is the final price.
Will I receive a VAT invoice?
No. We issue an itemised receipt (not a VAT invoice) because we’re not VAT-registered. If our status changes, we’ll provide VAT invoices.
How much is shipping?
Free UK tracked shipping on all orders.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email support@newbury-london.com with your order number as soon as possible. If it hasn’t shipped, we’ll do our best to help.
How do I track my order?
We’ll email a tracking link once your parcel is dispatched.
What’s your return policy?
- Returns accepted within 30 days if unused with tags.
- Refunds are issued after we receive the return.
Who pays return postage?
- Change-of-mind: customer covers return shipping.
- Faulty/not as described: we provide a pre-paid label.
What if my item is faulty?
You have a 30-day short-term right to reject faulty goods for a full refund. After 30 days we’ll repair/replace first, then refund if that’s not possible.
